Kelly Chatzidimitriou
Attorney-at-law, graduate of the Athens School of Law, holding an LL.M. in European Law from the University of Essex (UK) and a professional certification in Tax Law from the Athens
University of Economics and Business.
Since March 2026, she has been Director of the Legal Department of the Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies (HAIC), where she has worked since 2004. As HAIC’s representative, she participates in legislative drafting committees of the Greek administration responsible for insurance legislation and the transposition of European Union law into the Greek legislation. In this capacity, she was a member of the Ministry of Finance legislative committee for the transposition of Directive 2009/138/EC (Solvency II) into Greek law.
She is a member of the editorial board of the legal journal “EPI.DI.K.I.A.”. She has been a lecturer at seminars organized by the Greek Institute of Insurance Studies and has contributed to insurance-related manuals and publications in professional and academic journals.
